Service overview

Service terms

The written proposal agreed for your project sets out the work, fees and timing before paid services begin.

Enquiries and project acceptance

An enquiry starts a discussion. It does not create an order, payment obligation or automatic acceptance of a task. We first confirm the proposed scope, deliverables, timing, agency fee and outside costs.

China sourcing

The initial sourcing fee is US$59, credited once toward the corresponding order agency fee. The order agency fee is 3% of the agreed goods value plus freight, with a minimum of US$200. The remaining fee is settled when the factory deposit is paid; changes in the fee basis are reconciled by collecting or refunding the difference.

China market development and custom projects

These services have a project-specific scope, agency fee and schedule. Supplier quotation fees do not automatically apply. The agreed work may include research, identification of potential partners, communication and reporting; replies, orders and commercial agreements are not guaranteed.

Third-party costs and responsibilities

Goods, samples, freight, materials, taxes, insurance and specialist charges are separate unless expressly agreed otherwise. The project documents identify the payment parties and responsibilities for the work involved.

Changes, cancellation and storage

We confirm scope-change, cancellation and refund arrangements before payment. Storage receiving conditions, charges and handling procedures are confirmed before goods are accepted. These terms do not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility.

Written project agreement

This page is a general service overview, not a substitute for a project-specific agreement. The contracting parties, scope, deliverables, fees, timing and applicable conditions are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
