China sourcing fees

From your first quotation enquiry
to order support.

Start your sourcing project

US$59

For one product category and an agreed specification, choose the route that fits: enquiry, calls and public-background research on one nominated supplier; or a product-led search targeting three comparable quotations with supplier background information.

Includes agreed requirement clarification and a summary discussion. If you need a forwarder, we can also help request freight routes, prices and estimated transit information.

The US$59 is credited once toward the corresponding order agency fee. Changes to the product or substantial specification changes are discussed as a revised scope.

For a standard confirmed brief, the initial sourcing work is planned within three working days; any product-specific timing is agreed beforehand. If suitable quotations are unavailable, we discuss next steps rather than supply unsuitable results. Cancellation and refund arrangements are confirmed before payment.

Order agency fee

3%

Minimum US$200

The fee is 3% of the agreed combined goods value and freight charges, with a minimum of US$200. It covers agreed supplier coordination, order follow-up, routine checks at our designated warehouse, basic packing work and shipment coordination.

More than finding a supplier: compare factory options, check for visible damage or mismatches, and see the agreed checking and packing process on video before shipment. See what your agency fee works for.

The remaining agency fee is settled when the factory deposit is paid. If goods value or freight changes, we recalculate the fee and collect or refund the difference.

One example

US$10,000 goods + US$2,000 freight = US$360 agency fee.
After the US$59 credit, the remaining service fee is US$301.

What your agency fee works for

Know what is being shipped.
Not just what was promised.

A low quotation means little if the goods arrive damaged or do not match your order. Our role is to help you choose a suitable factory, check the agreed details and spot visible problems before shipment—when there is still an opportunity to put them right.

01 / Choose with confidence

Compare factories, not just prices.

We help find suitable manufacturers and compare quotations, specifications, available samples, lead times and supplier background. The aim is the best fit for your requirements and budget—not simply the lowest price on a screen. You make the final supplier choice.

02 / Check before shipment

Catch visible problems before they travel.

At our designated warehouse, we check the agreed items against your confirmed order or reference sample, including visible condition, quantities, markings and packaging within the agreed scope. If we identify damage or a mismatch, we report it and coordinate the next steps with you and the supplier before dispatch.

03 / See the work in China

Checking and packing you can see.

For work handled at our designated warehouse, we supervise and video-record the full agreed checking and packing process. We can share the recordings with you, and arrange a live video call so you can ask questions and see the goods before shipment.

04 / Know what you are paying

A clear agency fee. No hidden product markup.

Our earnings come from the disclosed agency fee, not a hidden margin added to the factory price. Goods, freight and other agreed costs are shown separately. You may pay the factory directly where available, or discuss an agreed agency collection and supplier-payment arrangement with us—including when a suitable factory cannot receive your overseas payment directly.

Clear scope, practical protection. Routine visual checks and video records help reduce risk; they are not laboratory testing, certification or a guarantee against hidden defects or damage in transit. Specialist inspections, factory visits and additional work are quoted separately. We confirm the checklist, inspection extent, video arrangements, payment recipient and any external charges with you before work begins.

Already have a supplier, a quotation or a concern about your order? Tell us what worries you. We can tailor the China-side support to your project.

Costs paid separately

Goods, samples, freight, packing materials, taxes, duties, insurance and other external costs are separate. Field visits, specialist inspections and custom tasks are quoted separately.

Storage arrangements

Goods valued at up to US$1,000 qualify for up to 60 days of free storage. Higher-value goods or longer storage are charged separately. Receiving conditions, quantity, volume, weight and any charges are confirmed before arrival.

China market development & custom tasks

Tailored scope.
Agreed agency fee.

Research, buyer introductions, follow-up and other China-side support are quoted for the project. We discuss your product, target customers, required work and timing first.

US$59 and the 3% sourcing fee do not apply automatically to China market development.

A few practical questions.

Is the US$59 an extra fee?

It pays for the agreed initial sourcing work and is credited once toward the corresponding order agency fee if that order proceeds.

Can I use my existing supplier?

Yes. Tell us which supplier you want to work with and the support you need.

Are factory visits included?

Field visits are separately quoted. Agreed routine goods checks take place at our designated warehouse.

How do we begin?
